Quietly announcing that I'm going to try to post something to one of my three blogs each day in February. I figure that's a smoother attempt at getting back into blogging than to try to jump full force into one of them (or worse, all of them). We'll see how I do.
A friend here is due any day and has been packing (and re-packing) her hospital bags. I remembered that I had an ongoing list in my Palm software, so I looked it up and sent it to her. Thought it would be good to post here among all of my other lists.

whoo hooo! No I don't need the list but nice to see you blogging again :) Means life has calmed down a bit right?
So glad you are back!!! Since my self-imposed hiatus from SL I have been missing you like crazy!!!!
Love, love, love that you are back!!!
W, "a bit." :-P I told someone when I went to Thailand that we felt like we'd stepped out of the "fire" of this past season, but we hadn't really moved away from it, i.e. we can still feel the heat. The next big hurdle will be for dh to finish this book that he's been working on for over a year (that was supposed to take a couple of months; not his fault that it's ended up this way; he's ended up doing all of the research he was supposed to just be writing up). Then, we can truly finish up settling into the house. But, yes, things are feeling a *little* lighter. :-)
Heather, I've *really* missed you, too! I haven't even been on SL, though, so you haven't missed me there. :-P Mainly I've been on Facebook, since that doesn't require much more than reading or writing a maximum of two sentences at a time. That's been about my attention span in this season.
