and.... Whew - I'm glad Jess read first 'cause my thought was "two lines is that positive?" It has been a few years since I had to worry about such things...
W, my mom had the same problem. So, she asked a young co-worker, who confirmed what it was. My IL's e-mailed back and asked outright. And then there was my dbro and his wife who decided it was either a pregnancy test or a Wii controller...
Andrea, I thought about it, but the word was leaking out (my mom saw a friend at a meeting who wrote on my wall...), so I thought I'd just go ahead. :-)
GfG, yes, well we *thought* we were still in a time of waiting. I would see families on SL that had 6+ year gaps between their children, and think, "See, it's not unheard of." :-P Not that that's what I wanted. Just that that's what I'd resigned myself to. Apparently, Someone Else had other plans. Similar to your story, I had *no* indications, so it was definitely Planned.
Oh, I just love it when He steps in and surprises us!! What fun!! 3.5 years isn't too big a gap. I really am thrilled for you. Can't wait to see what diaper bag you choose this time. ;-)
How are you feeling? Too soon to feel yucky? HOw far along? When are you due? How do you like my 3rd degree?
Actually, already feeling nauseous, but trying to stay on top of it with bananas (healthy protein) and lemon ginger tea (just dried lemon and ginger in a tea bag).
Just over six weeks, according to the dr's wheel due date/week calculator thing given to me by my optometrist friend when she was done having kids. (Yeah, I know. What was an optometrist doing with a due date calculator? Probably a drug rep thing.)
Which means July 17th. Which means I'll probably have to have a dr's note to fly back from the States mid-June, but at least we'll still be able to keep our travel dates.
And thanks Angi. You, of course, were one of the people I thought of when I had resigned myself to a longer-than-average gap between my current youngest and my next one (see comment to GfG above). :-P Guess I won't get to be like you after all...
CONGRATS!!!!!! What a great way to share with the world! No words needed!! Praying this first trimester goes by QUICKLY with no illnesses!!!! BLESSINGS!
When I was just starting blogging ( A month ago) I was looking on Because I Said So's page - and you were one of her followers. I was just looking for ideas first...but I then I became more interested :)
Thanks, Becca! Hey, I take it from some pictures that you guys have moved. Did you sell your old house or rent it? We'll be back next door in March, and I was curious.

ByTheTime, I'm glad you find me interesting. :-)
Congratulations! I love getting comments on my blog, too, but I'm not sure I want to go to such extreme measures so people will respond.
